We are a corporate venture firm with a single line of sight: bringing breakthrough therapeutics from bench to global market. Our role on the cap table is rarely first capital and rarely largest. It is the partner whose presence shifts the calculus of every later round — clinical operators, regulatory veterans, and a commercial bench whose work is already prescribed in twenty-three countries.
Taiho Pharmaceutical's R&D, clinical, and commercialization infrastructure is on the cap table with us. That is the value we add. Capital is delivered through evergreen vehicles, syndicated alongside specialist crossover and life-sciences funds. We hold reserves for every position; we do not chase markdowns out of our companies.

Our partners' second careers are spent inside Taiho's clinical, regulatory, and commercial organizations. When a portfolio company asks for a Phase 1 site activation read in Osaka, or a regulatory pre-meeting brief on an ADC in the EU, the answer arrives the same week — because the operators who would have written it in a former life are still on speed-dial.
